It would be very nice to add in text integration for updates with clients. If it could work similar to the email notifications where a user can respond directly to it and it add to the messages that would be super beneficial.
Additionally with this, if there was some sort of tag on messages that came from an email reply versus in the assembly portal that would be helpful. I’d really like to track how my clients are using the messages (within assembly portal vs replying to emails).

Also, @Garrett_Leonard Also, I wanted to mention that you can set up an automation using Zapier or Make to send messages to your clients’ phones and route their replies back into the Messages app. This does require using an external texting tool, but it can be a helpful workaround you can implement in the meantime to achieve this!
