I may have mentioned this in a previous post, but having the option to save templated messages would be huge. We send out the same formatted messages to 10+clients every single day and it is a lot of copy and pasting or typing out. We have about 5 different types of messages that we send out, and they could all be templates with just some minor adjustments for each client.
This would be a huge time saver for us.
