Request Title: Advanced Message Template Functionality
Currently , I have the lovely task of typing out every Message by hand. Can we have Template Features.

Additionally : Key features of the proposed enhancement include:

  • Template Library with Folders & Search:

    • A centralized library where all templates are stored.

    • Ability to organize templates into categories or folders (e.g., “Onboarding,” “Billing Inquiries,” “Technical Support”).

    • A robust search and filtering function to quickly locate templates by name, keyword, or category.

  • Rich Text Editor:

    • Enable users to format templates with bold, italics, underline, bullet points, numbered lists, and hyperlinks.

  • Dynamic Placeholders (Merge Fields):

    • Introduce smart tags that automatically pull data from the client’s record (e.g., {{client_name}}, {{account_id}}, {{last_invoice_date}}, {{user_first_name}}).

    • When a template is used, the system will auto-populate these fields, ensuring accuracy and personalization.

At the moment, this feature is not on our immediate roadmap. We genuinely want to support as many feature requests as possible, but each one depends on its complexity and how many users are requesting it.

We would love to implement this in the future, and your feedback helps us understand the demand. I do not have an ETA for when or if it will be added, but please know that your request has been shared with our product team.

+1 on this feature. would also like custom fields (company and contact) to be available in the placeholders/merge fields.

There aren’t any updates on this feature at the moment, and it’s still not currently on our roadmap. I understand the workaround isn’t ideal, and we really appreciate your patience.

If anything changes in the future, we’ll absolutely share an update.
