Enhancement Request : Message Center : Mass Messaging by Filter Parameters.
The Current Filter in Mass Messaging is Quite Limited and probably needs an Overhaul.
So, similar to how we are able to provide visibility to our Customers ;
Can we Provide the Ability to;
See the entirety of Our Clients in Mass Massaging ;

  • Add Filter By Parameters as Created in the CRM Tabs via Customer or Business
  • Also Add Filter by Product Descriptions.

This will allow Internal Marketing to varying Groups based on qualifications. .
