I have a company w/ many clients, but also many clients who don’t belong to a company. I tried adding a ‘company’ called None for the non-company clients but then it shows the names of all the clients to everyone else in that company.
It would be really helpful to be able to filter out all company clients to be able to only see non-company clients (or create a ‘none’ company that doesn’t expose info to other ppl in that fake company). Thanks!
Hi @Dave! Thank you for the feedback. I have sent this request to our product team as a feature request.
In the meantime, you can sort clients by companies, and any clients not associated with a company will be grouped separately when sorted. Here’s a quick video walkthrough showing how this works.
Also, if you go to the Companies page in the CRM and click on a company, you’ll see all associated clients listed on the right. This is also covered in the video. Please let me know if you have any questions or additional feedback. We are here to help and listen! Thanks!
