Another thing that would be very beneficial to have in messages is formatting.
- Bold
- Italics
- Bulletpoints
- Numbering
- Hyperlinking
It also would be very beneficial to know the time/date at which the message was ready by the client.

This
it would be great to include good looking hyperlinks in messages to assist clients.
Hi @Garrett_Leonard + @Courtney_Carthy1 - thanks for reaching out!
Totally understand the value of having formatting capabilities in Messaging! I don’t know if you’re aware, but we do already support limited markdown formatting for messages sent in Assembly. While not all formatting options are available, we’ve listed supported formatting below. Here is a handy cheat sheet, if helpful.
Additionally, we know this isn’t super intuitive, so we do have plans of making the editing capabilities clearer moving forward. We are actually in the process of building an editing toolbar that we hope will solve for this - we will definitely reach back out and let you know when you can test it out!
Specifically for hyperlinking you can do this today by putting: “[title](https://www.example.com)” – minus quotes.
Supported Markdowns:
Bold
Italic
Strikethrough
Ordered (Numbered) List
Unordered (Bullet) List
Link
Code (In-Line)
Fenced Code Block
