I really need the ability to
format the descriptions in form questions to include bold, hyperlinks, etc.
Include images either in the responses (most helpful) or in the descriptions at the very least of a question.
Unfortunately, stuck using Google Forms until this is added
Also a question with the forms - do they autosave responses as you work through them? I have some longer forms and don’t want clients to lose progress that they have made.
Hi @Garrett_Leonard ! Thanks for reaching back and for sharing your feedback. You can format words in the form descriptions using Markdown. We also plan to add a formatting bar soon.
I understand how important it is to be able to add images in responses or descriptions in the Forms app, and I’ve shared your request with our product team.
As for form auto-saving, forms do automatically save responses as clients fill them out. If they need to exit the form, they can tap the back icon in the top left corner. When they return to the form on the same device, their previous answers will still be there.
Please note that saved responses are device-specific. Answers entered on a desktop will not appear on a mobile device, and vice versa.
