What is the purpose of @tagging someone in a message, if it doesn’t generate a notification? I understand it does generate an email, but an in-app notification would be helpful. Or an email saying “so and so has tagged you in a message” something like Slack does.
Hi @Lindsey_Baldwin ! Thank you for reaching out! Anytime a message is sent in a message channel, all internal users and clients in that channel will receive an in-product notification. This happens whether or not someone is tagged. The only exception would be if an internal user has disabled in-product notifications in their settings.
