Would really appreciate being able to control what apps internal users and client-side user are able to see. A simple table where we can toggle visibility of apps for each user or user role would be fantastic.
Later on maybe this can become more complex and control what users can/cannot do in each app
Hey @Mustafa_Tayyeb thanks for reaching out!
If I’m correctly understanding your request, this functionality already (mostly) exists today. Let’s break it down into two categories:
- Client User Visibility - this is configurable on a per client basis by adjusting the custom visibility settings under App Setup. You can configure on a client by client (or company) basis who can see that App. More info on this can be found here!
- Internal User Visibility - for workspaces who are subscribed to our Advanced plan or above, you can assign specific client access level permissions to your IUs. This means they can only view and see clients, their associated apps and their data IF they have been assigned that client. This doesn’t restrict them from viewing an App that any of their clients might have access to, but it solves for part of your use case.
Happy to file a feature request. for more granular permissions for internal users on your behalf!

Yes it exists on the client side with the manual app setup but I’m more interested on the internal user as I do not want my fulfillment team to be able to access the billing tab
