Hi @Wieslaw_Olborski! Thanks for reaching out! By external users, do you mean members of your team or clients?
If you are talking about members of your team, you can set your team members to be staff internal users instead of admins. Staff internal users cannot add or remove other internal users.
If you are talking about clients, clients can only remove or add clients when the “invite team members” setting is enabled. Are you asking for this not to be the case? Please let me know when you can. Thanks! ![]()
hi, I’m thinking about clients, could there be an additional role there that wouldn’t have the ability to manage users, invite new ones and remove existing ones?Something like a read only role.

While, we plan on adding this in the future, I do not have an ETA when this will be implemented.
