Is there a way to force a new user or at least the first user of a company to sign our user agreement before we allow them access to their profile and other tabs?
Hi @Aaron_Lambie Thank you for reaching out! Yes, you can do this using our Custom Visibility feature and with an Assembly Automation.
With custom visibility for apps, you can dynamically control which clients have access to an app. What you can do is set the custom visibility of an app to a certain custom field tag. Only clients with a certain tag can have access to the app.
You can create an Assembly Automation where a client is updated after a contract is signed. Once the contract is signed, the client will be given a custom field tag that is used for the custom visibility of the apps, and all of the apps will not appear for them.
