Hi, we have used the tasks sporadically in Copilot but now have client data trapped there that we have no way to access or examine other than by clicking on individual tasks. Is there any way to access this programmatically? Or to get a download of all the task comments and attachments by client?
Hi @Dave! Thank you for reaching out! At the moment, there isn’t a way to access all the comments and attachments in Tasks with the API. However, this is something we do plan on implementing by early to mid-November. Please let me know if you have any other questions. We are here to help! 
I second this feature, and/or the ability to turn off commenting in the admin settings altogether. Comments seemed great in theory, but after having to read hundreds of comments just to find any that are important makes it very tedious, especially when most comments are just things like “thanks” or “Task complete”. Agh! (use the checkbox!) lol

Hey @Anthony_Drozd totally hear you on the commenting! I’ve filed a feature request for this - I can see how it would be beneficial for a lot of companies looking to have a bit more control on when and where their clients can communicate.
