I want to see how I can archive records that I no longer need in CoPilot. I was wondering if for Status there could be an option for Archive or Not Active since the only two choices are currently Invited and Active. Or could there be a feature to archive and remove the record from the platform instead of deleting the record?
Let me know what is in the hopper for this type of feature. Thanks.
We don’t currently have a way to archive clients, but this is on our roadmap! I don’t have an ETA at this time.
In the meantime, you can export the data for the client and then delete them if you wish.
The export button is available for Forms, Invoices, Subscriptions, Contracts, and the Clients page. To export Messages, you can use our Exporter app, guide is here. For files, they will need to be downloaded manually.
Alternatively, you can reset a client’s password and change their email to one that you own, which would prevent them from logging in while keeping their records in your workspace.
