Apologies for the inconvenience but we appreciate your patience. As a temporary work around, you can upload files/images/videos by dragging and dropping them from your desktop / machine directly in to the Help Desk.
Let us know if you need anything else in the meantime and I’ll be sure to circle up once this has been fixed!
