It would be really useful if when adding a document as an attachment in a message with a client there was an option to also add that document to the documents area.
Alternatively a way to insert a link to a document in the documents area in a chat.
We often find that we essentially have to upload the document twice, once in the chat for client convenience and then again in the clients document area so it can easily be found later.
I imagine these multiple copies are also not ideal for your storage.
