I have a question on file size upload limits. Are there specific file size limitations for folders, limits on subfolders, or any other limitations to the files app?
Are there any plans to add Microsoft file previews within copilot?
Also, is there any plan to change the icon colors for different files similar to how they appear when including files as part of message? Where word files are blue, excel or spreadsheet files are green and pdf files are red?
Hi @Michael_Peoples! Thanks for reaching out! There isn’t a size limit, but file upload and download speeds will decrease the larger the file.
We do plan on adding Microsoft file previews, however, this is not on our immediate roadmap.
As for plans to change file icons, this is something we are working to change soon! I will make sure to share your feedback with the product team.

Thanks for the quick reply @Veronique_Cadet! Ok, I had a client with some files not uploading properly and they had to zip them to upload. I am going to work on testing those to see if there is something else causing the issue.
Having the Microsoft file previews would be a game changer for me! It is a bit of a hassle now because many of our client provided files are word and excel documents. I’m happy to hear that you guys are planning to add.
