Notifications Settings

Is there a way to adjust the notification settings for each individual client or company? I have a client that receives all notifications but only needs weekly notifications.

Hi @Michael_Peoples thanks for reaching out! Right now, you can only toggle client email notifications on or off by going to Settings > Client Notifications in your admin portal. We know having more granular controls is important, and this feature is on our roadmap. At the moment, there isn’t a way to adjust notifications at that level of specificity.

I’ve added you as a +1 to the request and noted that you’d like not only the ability to choose which notifications clients receive, but also when they receive them.

Yes, having more granular notifications such as When (daily, weekly, monthly); Who (Individual clients; Company Level; etc.) These would be helpful for those that need to be aware but do not need to be inundated with small items such as conversations that individual contributors have between the firm and the client while, while managers for both the firm and client could receive less frequent notifications.

I too want to request that notifications be more granular. I have a client that wishes to not receive any notifications while others want them. Not just the frequency but anytime something happens in the portal.
