New: [Tasks] Automated reminder emails for clients

Hi everyone!

The Tasks App now sends automated reminder emails to your clients on the same cadence as other reminder emails for forms, contracts, and invoices β€” so client tasks stay top-of-mind without your team having to chase them down.

For tasks with a due date: reminders go out 3 days before the due date, on the due date, 3 days after, and 7 days after.

For tasks without a due date: reminders go out 3 days after assignment and 7 days after.

Task reminders respect your existing client notification settings: you can mute them for an individual client from their CRM details page, or adjust them workspace-wide at Settings β†’ Client notifications.

Reminders stop automatically when a task is marked done, deleted, or reassigned.

Next up: Muting individual client notifications from their CRM details page is coming very soon. And we’re also working on internal email notifications for you and your team!
