Hi everyone!
The Tasks App now sends automated reminder emails to your clients on the same cadence as other reminder emails for forms, contracts, and invoices β so client tasks stay top-of-mind without your team having to chase them down.
For tasks with a due date: reminders go out 3 days before the due date, on the due date, 3 days after, and 7 days after.
For tasks without a due date: reminders go out 3 days after assignment and 7 days after.
Task reminders respect your existing client notification settings: you can mute them for an individual client from their CRM details page, or adjust them workspace-wide at Settings β Client notifications.
Reminders stop automatically when a task is marked done, deleted, or reassigned.
