Winter 2025 Edition: Xero integration, task automations, and more! ❄️

We’re excited to share Assembly’s Winter 2025 releases—including some features many of you have asked for!

Full details over at the blog but here are the highlights:

What’s new:

  • Official US Xero integration: Sync Assembly products, invoices, taxes, and fees directly to Xero for accurate internal accounting. Try it here.

  • Task automations: Automatically create tasks for clients or teammates based on key events like onboarding, form completion, or contract signing. Then trigger follow-ups (messages, file/folder creation, more tasks) when a client completes a task. Add the Tasks App and start adding automations.

  • Subtasks in task templates: Add structured subtasks to task templates and reuse them across new tasks and automations.
