User Activity Reports

Hello All,

Curious if Copilot has any features or plugins that allow us to track user activity on the platform. As more and more new leads sign up its becoming increasingly important to track the mouse and how much time users spend on different parts of the client portal. Has anyone figured out how to do this on the client portal?

Hi @Simplycount_Assistan! Thanks for reaching out! You can use Google Analytics to do this. You can add your Google Analytics tracking ID by going to the Settings > General page. At the bottom, you will see a Google Analytics section. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I am always here to help!
