We need to be able to create three types of clients/companies in our application and depending on this type, different functionalities should be available. For example, free users - will have access to basic functionalities without additional fees, and users from higher tiers will have access to different applications for an additional fee. How could we implement such a scenario in coplilot?
The best way to designate different types of clients would be to use tags custom fields to indicate client types. Then, you can use custom visibility based on tags to allow access to different apps/features based on the tag

Hi @Wieslaw_Olborski - yes, you would need to update the tags and custom visibility. There is a way to update tags using Client Import to avoid some manual work. If you need to do this in the future, please let us know and we can walk you through the process
