Hi there,
Instead of ‘exporting’ the results of a form i created, is there a way to have the results sent automatically into a live sheet, where it is available for external parties to view? At the moment is manual ‘ download results’ upload into google sheets.
Example:
Fill in the form via assembly > the results are sent to google sheets which is ‘view only’ to certain users invited.
thanks!
Can you not just webhook it into make.com / zapier etc. and do it from there?
Hi @Lukumades_Global! Thanks for reaching out
@John_Bloomfield is right on the money - you can accomplish this with an automation in either Make or Zapier.
You can find instructions here: Make | Zapier Let us know if you run into any problems or have additional questions. Happy automating
If I’m understanding you correctly ,You can do this in Google forms directly then link the sheet in your portal.
Inside the form, you can link responses to a sheet and create a spreadsheet, and every new form response will automatically go onto that sheet.
