Make.com Create a Task Error (Beta launchpad)

Hello,

I’m getting a 400 error trying to create a new task in make.com.

I’m creating a new client in make.com and then immediately creating a task list of them to do. When I create the client, they don’t belong to a company (yet) so I leave the company field blank. The module (and API reference) say to use the company ID. So, when I map the company ID value, it throws a 400 error. I don’t think anything else is wrong with the module input. Also, I noticed both a CompanyID field and CompanyID array, but I’ve tried both and neither work. It’s throwing a 400 error.

Hi @Anthony_Drozd! Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to hear you are getting this error. For the company field, you would add the Company ID. Here is a video of how it should look. Even if your client is not in a company, there should be a placeholder company. If you are adding the Company ID and you are still receiving that error, can you please email support@copilot.app with the name and email of this client? Thanks!
