Hi @Victoria_Winter! We don’t currently have support for further configuration of the Forms app.
If it’s easier to see forms submitted per client, you can do so by clicking into the specific client on the Clients page in the CRM, and then. viewing the Forms tab, which will show only forms submitted by the client.
It sounds like you’re wanting a way to collapse form submissions in the Forms app, or something else? Please let me know what exactly you’d be looking for in this feature and I’ll submit a feature request
