How can I see who is currently logged in and using the client portal?
I have seen user “prodt1034@outlook.com” on the portal with a user name of “test test”. I’d like to know who they are and how they got into the portal, given our requirement for invitations to be sent…

If you’re seeing unknown users accessing your portal, it’s most likely because the Self-serve sign up setting is enabled. This allows anyone to create their own client account without needing an invite from an admin.
To turn it off, head to Settings → General → Self-serve sign up and toggle it off. That should stop any unauthorized sign ups going forward.
