Is there a user guide that we can send our clients? Something different than the “admin” user guide.

However, this is a great idea and will send this request to our product team as a feature request!
In the meantime, you can use our guide to make articles for your clients on how to use the portal in your Helpdesk app. More information about our Helpdesk app can be found here.
