Feature Request: Ability to remove old 'prices' on invoices

Hi there,

Love your invoicing and payment tool but currently when you create a new invoice and add a line item price, the drop-down includes a list of all prices added to invoices previously. There is a way to add a new price but no way to remove old prices or have these note save. My studio sends out invoices with a wide range of prices (most invoices being different each time) and the inability to remove old prices means the drop-down just becomes really long.

Feature request to either be able to remove old prices or have a ‘custom price’ option along with saved prices that are connected to services.

Yes I think the custom price option needs to be an option, as a lot of services that are not productized can vary in price substantially

Hi @Ellis_Bennett Thanks so much for reaching out, and I really appreciate you sharing this feedback! I can definitely see how the price dropdown would become cluttered over time, especially with invoices that vary frequently.

I’ve shared your request with our product team, specifically around having a “custom price” option that doesn’t get saved, as well as better control over saved prices.

In the meantime, if you’d prefer not to save a price, you can create a new line item with your desired price and do not save it as a service.
