How do I change the default sorting order of contacts to alphabetic? It’s how I think of my clients, and having to click on “Name” to reorder the list every time I need to go into a client’s account is so annoying.

As of now, it isn’t currently possible to set a default sort order for your contacts list. The sorting resets each time you navigate away, which means you would need to click the Name column to reorder the list each time.
I can definitely see how having the ability to set a preferred default sort order would save a lot of unnecessary clicks and I’ll make sure this is submitted to our product team as a feature request.
