I’m a new user. Trying to set up client portal and want to add Cal.com scheduling link using the Embed code provided. For some reason, the embed code doesn’t show up in the app preview or in the Client Portal. Any ideas? Only other option is for me to add the app as a link that opens in a new window, but I’d rather just embed the event into the actual client app.
Hi @Brit_Fitzpatrick! Our embeds only support direct iframes, JavaScript (script tags) and other HTML (div tags, etc.) are not supported.
If Cal.com supports a direct link or iframe embed without JavaScript, this would be the way to go. If not, your solution of opening in a new tab is the best workaround, as unfortunately some apps and services don’t support direct iframe embeds.
