Amazon S3 Signature Mismatch Error When Opening Files From Forms

Hi

I have received some reports from my client about an error that occurs when they try to open or download files submitted in a Form on Assembly, starting yesterday. I was able to recreate this issue myself.

After clicking on an uploaded file, it sometimes takes us to an XML page with the following details:

<Error>
<Code>SignatureDoesNotMatch</Code>
<Message>The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method.</Message>
...

plus other info like , , , and others, that have sensitive info so I won’t paste them here. If you need more details, I can send them to you.

Some files still open just fine, but others will show this error.

Are other portals experiencing this issue?
