Maybe I’m missing it, but am I able to print directly from the portal instead of having to download every PDF separately and then printing?
Hi @Jessica_Tourtounis Thanks for reaching out! In the Files app, you can preview and print a PDF without needing to download it. To preview the file, either double-click it or click the menu (…) next to the file and select Preview. Once the file is open in preview, you can right-click anywhere on the document and select Print.
That said, I understand the need for a more streamlined way to print files. I’ll share this feedback with our product team as a feature request.
