One key aspect we have discovered using this portal, we are unable to change client’s rights. As an example, we want to share documents, perhaps allow them to upload documents themselves (or not), but not allow them to alter or change the folders or layout. Some clients access via mobile and when scrolling accidentally move documents or folders into other folders without realising, which makes it look like folders or docs are missing or not complete.

While the platform doesn’t currently support the level of permission flexibility you’re describing (e.g., restricting folder changes but still allowing uploads), we’ve logged this as a feature request and added your team as a +1.
