2FA for Banking Verification Not Sending Emails to Inbox

Hey team,

I am trying to verify my bank to receive my first payment, and I am not getting 2FA emails. Can we check on this ?

Hi @Daniel_Oukolov! Thank you for reaching back out. Is this a 2FA code to log in to your Stripe Express account or specifically for Stripe verification? If this is for verification, on our end, I am seeing the account is fully verified. Can you please send us a screenshot to support@copilot.app of where you are being asked for the code so I can look into this for you? Thanks! :slightly_smiling_face:

The 2FA for my password reset is not working and my stripe account says it is not connected. I also do not see the money in my account from my first payment.

Can we call to solve this together?

I have spoken with Stripe and they said that the money sent to cover the invoice is on hold on your end. Can you help take my account off hold?
