Most contracts clients have signed are not showing from Client > Contracts. Only when you search for the contract template will you find the client’s signed contract.
Hi @Dave! Thanks for reaching out! I am sorry to hear you are having issues locating contracts. Just to clarify, are you saying that when you go to the Contract app in your Client’s detail page, the contracts they have signed are not appearing? If so, can you please email support@copilot with an example of a client whose contract is not appearing for them and the name of that contract? Also, in the email, can you please let us know if we have permission to proxy your account to take a look? None of your clients or data will be affected. Please let us know when you can. Thanks!
