Is it possible to use “company” custom field values as auto fill in a contract signing request, and is it possible to have multiple signers for the same document, like you can with Signeasy, docusign and so on?
Thanks for reaching out!
To answer your first question, contract autofill fields currently only pull from client-level info, like the client’s name, company name, and client custom fields. Company custom fields aren’t supported just yet, but a workaround would be to store that info as a client custom field instead.
As for multiple signers, we don’t support having more than one client sign the same contract yet. For now, you can have your first client sign, download the signed copy, then re-upload it as a one-time contract with inputs for your second client.
With that said, have you had a chance to check out our App Builder yet? You can now build your very own custom apps just by describing what you need in plain English.
If you’re interested, you could create your own contracts app with all the features you need, including support for company custom fields and multiple client signers. I’m happy to help you get started if you’d like!
I’ll also be sure to pass your feedback along regarding our native Contracts App to our product team.

Thank you for getting back to me!
Happy to help you get this set up! Here’s how to get started:
1. Open the app builder
From your Dashboard, click Add App in the left sidebar and click into the “What app will you add?” text field.
2. Describe your app
Describe what you need in plain English, the same way you would explain it to a new team member. There’s no special format to follow. Just cover who uses the app, what each person does, and how you’d like it to work.
- For example, you could mention autofilling fields from your company custom fields and having multiple clients sign the same contract.
If you’d like some help putting it into words, you can use an AI tool like ChatGPT or Claude to refine your prompt first. Just explain what you’re trying to build, ask it to turn that into a clear description for an app builder, and paste the result in.
3. Answer a few questions and review the plan
The builder will ask a few short questions, then show you a one-page plan before it builds anything. If anything is missing or off, just tell it in a sentence and it will update the plan.
4. Test it
Once it’s built, send a test contract to a couple of test clients in the same company so you can check the full flow from both sides. If anything needs changing, describe the change in the build chat and the builder will update the app.
